What is a serpentine stone?
The serpentine stone is known as the dream stone. While green in color, the shade and texture of each stone varies just as the dreams of our youth are unique to each individual.
Once accepted into our program, every new Serpentine Youth receives a handmade necklace with a serpentine stone at its center. No matter what challenges they face or hardships life hands them, our youth can look at that stone and know we are here for them and that we are not going anywhere as long as they continue to reach for their dreams.
Join our Heroes Circle and receive your own Serpentine Necklace, handmade by artist Jeanette Sedacca. For every donor who pledges $2,500 or more, we will send a Serpentine Necklace similar to those received by our youth.
